Therefore, the standard production times are around 20-25 working days .

Some jewels on the site will appear as "ready for delivery".

These have already been made previously and are therefore ready to leave the laboratory to arrive in your hands in 2/3 working days .

CUSTOMIZED

As far as personalized jewels are concerned, the starting time is at least a month and a half , but it can vary according to the complexity of the request and the current workflow.

For this reason, if you have a deadline to meet , I suggest you contact me in advance to discuss the details of your project and define a more realistic timeline.

Shipments are made all over the world.

The times you find below refer ONLY to the shipment by the courier. The processing times for the creation of the jewel are to be considered separately.

  • ITALY

    UPS express courier, fast and safe delivery in 1/2 working days. The cost is 10€.

  • EUROPE

    Standard UPS courier, delivery in about 2/4 working days. Starting from €15.

  • ABROAD

    Standard UPS courier, delivery in about 8 working days. Starting from €18.

For EUROPE and ABROAD the shipping costs are calculated automatically based on the country selected at the time of the order.

In all cases, you will always receive a tracking code to monitor the shipment of your order.

Any customs fees for non-European shipments are the responsibility of the buyer.
